Block Party Set - 7 Characters

The Block Party Collection by Andy Rementer: Everyone at the Block Party is like you and me: each with a unique personality and story to tell, shaped by the communities they live in. Stack and rearrange their pieces any way you like – or mix and match to create your own collection of neighborhood friends.

Cat: Cat lives in Bushwick, Brooklyn, somewhere below the M train. On weekends, you can find her at the nearest basketball court, or hanging around the local bodega. A hot tip: Cat will tell you where to find the tastiest tuna sandwich—as long as you promise to share.

Tiger: On any given day, you can find Tiger posted up at Columbus Circle, selling bouquets and small potted greens. Most likely, you will hear him proselytizing the health benefits of owning house plants. Tiger is also an aspiring jazz musician, though this is not widely known. If you search long enough, you might spot him incognito, wailing on the sax somewhere in Central Park.

Mouse: An urban planner by day, Mouse will tell you his passion is actually for times gone by. Considered a local historian, he will eagerly give anyone a walking tour of NYC's most architecturally significant neighborhoods – all for the price of a good bagel. In his idle time, he wanders Central Park and admires its ingenious design, ears perked for the sound of his favorite mysterious jazz busker.

Guy: Guy hails from the Queens neighborhood of Astoria. They commute on the N train daily to Manhattan where they're a salesperson by day, and a coffee connoisseur by all other times. On their days off, they can be found lingering at any number of NYC cafés discussing the merits of the single-origin bean.

Monkey: Monkey is a deeply creative individual who resides in the historic neighborhood of Chelsea, where he frequents the galleries that populate its blocks. Word on the street is he's the original banana artist (don't question him about it). On weekends, you might find him heading uptown to catch a Broadway performance.

Duck: Duck was born and raised in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn, and is deeply involved in her community. The organizer of weekly summertime block parties, she can reliably be found on Saturday mornings placing traffic cones at the ends of her street. If pressed hard enough, she might admit to occasionally using them during the off-season to reserve her parking spot.

Gal: An Italian transplant and diehard fan of Le Azzurre, Gal feels right at home in her neighborhood of Carrol Gardens. As a believer in being the change you want to see in the world, she's living her dream life as a soccer coach for the local elementary school. To unwind, she spends weekends in the small yet reputable garden in her front yard, frequently marveled at by passersby.
